Denmark target trophy defence at Men’s World Championship
18 European sides are on the starting block among the 32 teams that will contest the 2025 IHF Men’s World Championship in Croatia, Denmark and Norway, which begins on Tuesday and runs through to February 2. Co-hosts Denmark, who were runners-up at the Men’s EHF EURO 2024 and won Olympic gold at the Paris 2024 Games, aim to reclaim the trophy for a record fourth time in a row, following a historic three-peat secured at the 2023 edition.
