The MOTW schedule will get off to a fitting start in Hungary, featuring titleholders Györi Audi ETO KC taking on Team Esbjerg as two participants in last season’s EHF FINAL4 are set to lock horns in round 1 of the 2024/25 season.
The group B clash is scheduled for Saturday 7 September at 18:00 CEST, when both powerhouses will try to get their ambitious campaign off to a flying start.
Eight days later, Team Esbjerg are in the spotlights again when they meet Odense Håndbold for a Danish derby in round 2 on Sunday 15 September at 16:00 CEST.
In round 3, the MOTW heads to group A for a Romanian-German duel as Rapid Bucuresti host last season’s finalists, HB Ludwigsburg – the new club name of SG BBM Bietigheim – on Sunday 22 September at 16:00 CEST.
All MOTW games are streamed live on EHFTV with English commentary and receive extensive coverage including exclusive behind-the-scenes footage across all EHF Champions League social media channels as well as on the live blog running each match day on eurohandball.com.
